Return Policy
At Qtlae, we strive to achieve perfection in every premium tea set we design. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and thorough Return and Refund Policy. Customers have a maximum window of thirty (30) calendar days from the verifiable carrier delivery date to submit a formal application for a return or an exchange.
To be eligible for an approved return, the tea set and all its supplementary components must be returned in flawless, pristine condition. The items must be entirely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and totally free from tea stains, watermarks, cosmetic blemishes, or structural micro-cracks. It must be securely packed within its original structural foam inserts, gift boxing, sleeves, and manuals. Qtlae reserves the absolute corporate right to inspect all returned merchandise and refuse a refund if the items demonstrate clear indicators of consumer usage, wear, or improper repackaging that resulted in transit breakage.
To initiate this process, you must contact our customer support center at service@qtlae.com to secure formal confirmation and receive an authorization protocol. Unsanctioned packages returned without prior approval will be automatically rejected. The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping fees, postal costs, tracking fees, and international customs tariffs, unless the item arrived severely broken due to carrier mishandling. Upon passing inspection, refunds will be credited back to your original source within seven to ten business days.
